Ritesh is a Senior Legal Officer with the Firm.

Ritesh graduated from the University of Pune, I.LS. Law College, with a BSL. LLB Degree in 2010. Ritesh also obtained a Master of Business Law Degree from National Law School India University (NLSIU) Bangalore, India.

Ritesh holds two Diplomas. The first is in Business Laws and Corporate Laws in India. The second is a Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws. Both Diplomas are from the Symbiosis Law School, Pune, India.

Ritesh also obtained an Advanced Certificate in Governance, Risks and Compliance from the International Compliance Training Academy Singapore in 2020

Called to the Bar (Kerala, India) in 2013, Ritesh specializes in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters involving contractual disputes, banking and finance, shareholder disputes, cross-border transactions, professional negligence, energy, and torts ranging from negligence etc. He also assists in disputes and transactions involving Indian litigants and Indian Law.

Ritesh also assists clients in non-contentious matters, such as negotiations, drafting and reviewing a broad range of contracts, as well as assisting clients in navigating the Mediation process.

Ritesh was previously a Senior Consultant with Clifford Chance’s Global Shared Services Centre in India, leading their Capital Markets team.  He was also seconded to Clifford Chance’s Singapore and London offices at various times.
