The litigation teams in the Firm have handled and also continue to handle contentious banking and financial investment disputes involving substantial claims and complex issues.

A notable case involving financial investment litigation, was the Firm’s representation in Singapore of a group of foreign investors in a hedge fund, who suffered substantial losses from the meltdown from the discovery of the Madoff Ponzi scheme.

The Firm has also been involved in investment disputes arising from margin trading, contracts etc.
