Cunkuang is an Associate Director with the Firm.
Cunkuang graduated from the University of Bristol (UK) with an LLB (Second Class Honours, First Division) in 2015 and was ranked Joint Fourth Position for the 2015 Part A Singapore Bar Examinations. Cunkuang was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017.
Cunkuang is experienced in medico-legal matters and has acted in the defence of doctors, dentists and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, encompassing professional disciplinary hearings before the Singapore Medical Council, the Singapore Dental Council, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board and appeals to the Court of Three Judges.
Cunkuang has also assisted, and has experience in, other commercial litigation and international arbitration matters involving issues of contractual claims, personal injury claims, defamation claims and insolvency matters heard at both the State Courts and High Court level.
Cunkuang is also actively involved in insurance, family and matrimonial disputes work as well in the Firm.
