The litigation Team in the Firm has handled and continues to handle substantial and complex disputes in arbitrations and litigation involving power plants. In this connection, the Firm has represented leading power plant underwriters as lead counsel in claims involving leading power plant OEMs, both in Singapore and particularly in Malaysia. The nature of the disputes in such claims traverse a wide spectrum of issues including design defects, erection and commissioning claims, claims under operations and maintenance contracts etc.

The Firm possesses expertise to advise clients in the oil and gas, minerals, water, chemical, and utilities sectors in financing, licensing, employment, and regulatory issues. We also provide services related to drafting and reviewing of all documents, contract, and agreements.
