Niru & Co LLC was established in 1978 as a litigation firm with an initial focus on shipping and insurance law. It soon developed and expanded into a boutique law firm specializing in niche areas of the law such as, civil & commercial litigation, international trade, family & matrimonial, medical & health, arbitration, power & energy, intellectual property and construction.
For a few years into the 21st century, Niru & Co was in a formal association with CMS Cameron McKenna, a top-tier international law firm based in London.
The firm is headquartered in Singapore with a regional law practice in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia called Zaid Ibrahim Suflan, T H Liew & Partners.
